Explore Scientific 100° Series 3" 30mm Waterproof Eyepiece

The 100° Series 30mm is the largest eyepiece in the Explore Scientific lineup: a 3" barrel design with a 100° apparent field of view. This is not a conventional eyepiece; it is a premium wide-field instrument that transforms how you see the sky. Large nebula complexes, Milky Way star clouds, and sweeping star fields fill the eyepiece from edge to edge with a panoramic sense of depth.

The premium multi-element optical design maintains sharp, well-corrected images across the full 100° field. The 3" barrel accommodates a 52.2mm field stop, making the most of large-aperture telescopes. Argon-purged waterproof construction keeps the optics sealed against moisture and fog-free inside, a practical advantage for an eyepiece that will spend long hours at the telescope during deep-sky sessions.

This is a serious investment for observers who prioritize the wide-field deep-sky experience above all else.
