Most orders qualify for free standard shipping. Here's how it works:
- A flat shipping rate of $6.99 applies for orders under $99.
- Most orders over $99 qualify for free shipping.
If the product page mentions "Special Order" free shipping does not apply. Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii. Any shipping charges will be detailed and displayed in your cart prior to checkout.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military APOs, and regions outside of the United States. Please ensure that you provide a physical address when checking out to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Orders will typically ship with FedEx or UPS. If you have a FedEx or UPS tracking number, you can update your order through FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice. Both give you the ability to:
- Hold or delay packages
- Pick up from a local FedEx or UPS location
- Deliver to another address
- Schedule a delivery window
- Sign up for packages online
Unfortunately, items already in transit cannot be expedited.
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for shipment within five business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will typically ship within three business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be recognized by the carrier's online tracking system. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
Shipping Transit Time
Shipping times may vary depending on the product(s) you purchase. Typical transit time to receive your product(s) is 3-5 business days after it has been shipped from the warehouse.
