Alpen Optics Non-Electronic Optics (binoculars, spotting scopes and non-illuminated riflescopes): *Limited* Lifetime USA Warranty — covers defects in materials and workmanship for the usable life of the product. "Lifetime" refers to the usable life of the product, not the lifetime of the owner.

Alpen Optics Electronics (laser rangefinders, illuminated optics, thermal devices, image-stabilized binoculars and powered accessories): *Limited* Five Year USA Warranty from the original date of purchase.

Coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. The product must be purchased from an authorized dealer — AstroTelescopium is an authorized Alpen Optics dealer — and registered within 60 days of purchase; proof of purchase may be required. The USA warranty is administered by Explore Scientific LLC.

Binoculars, riflescopes, spotting scopes, red dots, prism scopes, magnifiers, tripods and laser rangefinders: Athlon Optics carry a lifetime transferable warranty. Athlon guarantees to repair or replace your product if damaged through normal use. No charge; No receipt; No registration required.

Thermal optics: 5 years from the date of purchase, covering manufacturer defects. Registration with Athlon is required, using proof of purchase plus the model and serial number.

Rangecraft Velocity Pro Radar Chronograph: standard one-year warranty.

None of these cover deliberate damage, misuse, theft, or service by anyone other than the Athlon Authorized Service Department.

Bresser Optics (binoculars, spotting scopes, tripods, adapters and non-powered accessories): *Limited* Lifetime USA Warranty — covers defects in materials and workmanship for the useful life of the product.

Bresser Products with Electronic Components (laser rangefinders and illuminated microscopes): *Limited* Two Year USA Warranty on the electronic components from the date of purchase. The non-electronic components of those products remain covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Bresser products sold in the USA are distributed and warranted by Explore Scientific, and coverage follows the Explore Scientific warranty policy. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. The product must be purchased new from an authorized dealer — AstroTelescopium is an authorized Explore Scientific dealer — and registered within 60 days of purchase; proof of purchase is required.

DWARF 2 telescopes and DWARF II accessories: *Limited* One Year Warranty — 12 months from the date of receipt.

DWARF 3 and DWARF mini telescopes: *Limited* Two Year Warranty — 24 months from the date of receipt.

DWARFLAB warrants new telescopes and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable, and requires proof of purchase from DWARFLAB or an authorized dealer — AstroTelescopium is an authorized dealer. Refurbished units are excluded, as are normal wear and tear, accidental drops, liquid damage, unauthorized modification or repair, and damage caused by non-DWARFLAB accessories. Claims must be reported to DWARFLAB within the warranty period and a return authorization is required before shipping anything back.

Explore Scientific Branded Products: *Limited* Lifetime USA Warranty — covers defects in materials and workmanship for the useful life of the product.

Explore Scientific Products with Electronic Components: *Limited* Two Year USA Warranty on the electronic components. Any non-electronic components of the same product remain covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Explore One, National Geographic, Tonka, ExploreHut and Hasbro Branded Products: *Limited* One Year USA Warranty.

Coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase from an authorized dealer is required — AstroTelescopium is an authorized Explore Scientific dealer. Please register your product within 60 days of purchase to activate coverage.

Anytime Free Service: Explore Scientific provides free adjustment, cleaning and collimation on their branded products even beyond the warranty period. Round-trip shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Guide: Guide Sensmart covers the complete device for 3 years, the thermal detector for 10 years, and accessories such as batteries, chargers and cables for 2 years. Guide repairs or replaces the product if it fails through normal use.

A sales receipt or proof of purchase is required for warranty service. US warranty service is handled by Guide Thermal USA, whose repair center is in Dallas, Texas.

Not covered: unauthorized disassembly or repair, misuse or improper storage, accidental and force-majeure damage, normal wear, a removed or altered serial number, and consumables such as batteries and protective film.

Hawke riflescopes, spotting scope bodies and binoculars: *No-Fault* Lifetime Warranty — if the product becomes damaged or defective Hawke will repair or replace it at no charge, regardless of how it happened or whose fault it was.

Rangefinders, spotting scope eyepieces, cameras, mounts and other accessories: *Limited* Two Year Warranty.

Applies to the original owner only, on products bought after 1 January 2018 from an authorised retailer — AstroTelescopium is an authorised Hawke dealer. Keep your receipt or register your purchase with Hawke. The No-Fault Warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, or cosmetic damage that does not hinder performance. Service is provided through Hawke's US service centre.

Kite APC stabilized binoculars and spotting scopes: *Limited* Lifetime Warranty including optical and electronic components — Kite Optics USA gives a Limited Lifetime Warranty including optical and electronic components on image-stabilized binoculars and spotting scopes purchased in the US through an authorized Kite Optics dealer, with proof of purchase required. (The Stabi One monocular is 2 years — see below.) Batteries of any type, removable or built-in, are consumable and are not covered.

Kite binoculars and fieldscopes (Lynx HD+, KSP HD 80): *Limited* 30 Year Warranty. Wear parts — eyecups, armoring, carry straps and accessories — and surface damage are not covered.

Kite B6 riflescopes: *Limited* 10 Year Warranty, with a shorter two-year term on the illuminated reticle electronics.

Kite Stabi One stabilized monocular: *Limited* 2 Year Warranty including optical and electronic components.

Kite accessories (covers, silicon jackets, straps, adapters): *Limited* 2 Year Warranty.

The warranty runs from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and material defects not caused by the user; Kite repairs or replaces the instrument or the defective part at its discretion. It is not valid where the defect was caused by improper handling, an accident, or repair by anyone Kite has not authorized. Keep the warranty card that ships with the instrument — a claim presented without it may not be handled free of charge. AstroTelescopium is an authorised Kite dealer; to make a claim, request an RMA by emailing usa@kiteoptics.com.

Luna Optics: Limited Two-Year Warranty

National Geographic Branded Products (telescopes, binoculars, microscopes and night vision): *Limited* One Year USA Warranty — covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original retail purchase.

National Geographic optics are warranted by Explore Scientific. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase from an authorized dealer is required — AstroTelescopium is an authorized Explore Scientific dealer. Please register your product within 60 days of purchase to activate coverage.

Steiner binoculars: Steiner Heritage™ Warranty — Burris Company warrants the product to be free from *manufacturing defects* for the lifetime of the product, from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.

Electronic components (illuminated compasses, laser rangefinding): *Limited* Three Year Warranty.

The warranty is automatically transferred to future owners. Valid in the US and Canada on items manufactured since 2014 and purchased from Burris or an authorized US seller — AstroTelescopium is an authorized dealer. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration, loss, theft, deliberate damage or cosmetic damage, and does not extend to accessories such as slings, covers, throw levers or sunshades. Registering your product is optional and does not diminish your warranty rights. Serviced in the US through Steiner (Burris Company).

Vaonis Vespera Pro: *Limited* One Year Manufacturer's Warranty. Vaonis advertises three years in Europe, but its own manual defines that as the two-year EU legal guarantee of conformity plus one additional year of manufacturer's warranty. The EU statutory portion does not apply to a US buyer, so we publish the one-year manufacturer's term rather than a number you could not claim here.

Vaonis Hestia: *Limited* Two Year Manufacturer's Warranty from delivery, per the warranty stated in its instruction manual.

Vaonis filters and accessories: Covered against manufacturing defects, with no separate warranty period published. Vaonis writes its manufacturer's warranty around its telescopes and does not state a term for accessories, so we do not quote one. If a filter arrives defective or fails in normal use, contact us or Vaonis support and we will help you resolve it.

Outside Europe the Vaonis warranty applies only where the product was purchased from Vaonis or an authorized Vaonis distributor — AstroTelescopium is an authorized dealer. Contact Vaonis support for a diagnosis before returning a product; proof of purchase is required, and Vaonis covers return shipping on a covered claim. Batteries and other consumable parts, accidental damage such as drops or contact with water, cosmetic damage, use with accessories Vaonis has not approved, and repairs by an unapproved service provider are excluded.
