How do I place an order?

We offer three secure ordering methods so that you can choose the option that works best for you.

Once you have found the product you want, simply add it to your cart and click the checkout button.

On the checkout page, input the necessary information such as your shipping address and preferred payment details to submit your order.

How do I know I'm getting the best price?

At AstroTelescopium, our Price Match Policy ensures that you receive the best price on all of our products at the time of purchase.

If you find a better published price from an online US authorized retailer within 30 days of your purchase date, we will match it.

Which payment types do you accept and when will I be charged?

We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay (shop pay, shop pay installments), and Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay).

When your order is placed, our credit card processor pre-authorizes the transaction amount on your card, however, your credit card is not actually charged until we are ready to ship your order. Please note that while the pre-authorization will show up on your credit card statement, the actual charge is not executed until the order is ready to ship.

Please keep in mind that fraud checks may occur. For security purposes, we may verify the address details with a third-party fraud check company. If there is a security concern, we may ask for additional information in order to process the order or void the transaction.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!

If you have already submitted your order, please email or call us immediately to make changes.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.

If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred item or return for a refund.

How do I know if my order was processed?

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address provided. Included will be an order number - this is your reference number in case you have any questions about your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Most orders qualify for free standard shipping. Here's how it works:

  •  A flat shipping rate of $6.99 applies for orders under $99.
  • Most orders over $99 qualify for free shipping.

If the product page mentions "Special Order" free shipping does not apply. Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii. Any shipping charges will be detailed and displayed in your cart prior to checkout.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship throughout the United States.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military APOs, and regions outside of the United States.

Please ensure that you provide a physical address when checking out to ensure a smooth delivery process.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard transit time via Fedex or UPS normally takes 3-5 business days.

There are generally options that allow for expedited shipping on some domestic orders that are displayed at checkout, for an additional cost.

Please note, orders placed on the weekends (Fridays after 1pm) will be processed on the following Monday.

Why doesn't the carrier recognize my tracking number?

It may take 24-48 hours after your order has shipped for your tracking number to be recognized by the carrier's online tracking system.

Try tracking your package the following day.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving  your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We will notify you once the warehouse receives and inspects your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

This inspection process typically takes 5-7 business days but may take up to 2 weeks.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
