Alpen Apex 1-6x24 AR-BDC Riflescope

AR-platform shooters need an LPVO where the BDC holdovers actually work across the zoom range. Most second focal plane LPVOs only read true at one magnification, making the BDC marks decorative at any other setting. The Alpen Apex 1-6x24 puts an illuminated AR-BDC reticle in a first focal plane design that scales with magnification, so your holdovers stay accurate whether you're at 1x for CQB transitions or dialed to 6x for 300-yard precision.

Key Features

• First Focal Plane AR-BDC Reticle — A glass-etched, illuminated reticle calibrated for intuitive holdovers and ranging on AR-platform cartridges. The FFP design keeps subtension measurements accurate across all magnifications, and the illuminated center dot powered by a CR2032 battery provides fast aiming in low-light conditions.

• True 1x for Both-Eyes-Open Shooting — At 1x the Apex delivers a massive 109.6 ft field of view at 100 yards with no perceptible tunnel effect, letting you shoot with both eyes open for the situational awareness and speed that close-quarters work demands.

• Broad MOA Turret System — 0.25 MOA click adjustments with 25 MOA per rotation and a ±60 MOA elevation and windage range give you the dial-up capacity for offset mounts and extended engagements. A zero stop function ensures reliable return to zero.

• Fully Multi-Coated Optics — Multi-layer lens coatings deliver bright, high-contrast images from dawn through last light, with a generous 10 mm exit pupil at 1x for a forgiving, bright sight picture under pressure.

• Fixed 100-Yard Parallax — Optimized for the distances LPVO users operate at, the fixed parallax keeps the optic simple and fast with no extra knob to manage during dynamic shooting.

• Lightweight and Tough — At just 1.2 lbs in a 6061-T6 aluminum chassis, the Apex adds minimal weight to your rifle while delivering waterproof, fogproof, and 1,000 G shockproof durability.

Ideal For

• AR and modern sporting rifle shooters who need a true 1x LPVO for close-quarters speed and the ability to reach out to 300+ yards with accurate FFP holdovers.

• Competition and dynamic shooters who prioritize field of view, fast target transitions, and an illuminated aiming point for rapid stage-to-stage performance.

• Hunters in mixed terrain (from thick timber to open lanes) who want a lightweight optic that transitions instantly from wide-angle scanning to precise shot placement.

• Value-driven shooters who want FFP precision, illumination, and a complete accessory kit.
