Built around a telecentric optical design with multiple precision lens elements with EMD-enhanced multi-coatings on all air-to-glass surfaces, the 2" 2x keeps magnification consistent regardless of spacing in the optical path, which is essential for imaging setups with filter wheels, flip mirrors, or off-axis guiders. Edge-blackened elements maximize contrast.
A 1.25" eyepiece adapter is included, giving full compatibility with both barrel sizes.
