A 127mm f/15 Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope that packs 1900mm of focal length into a tube shorter than most 80mm refractors — the most portable high-magnification OTA in the FirstLight lineup at just 7.6 pounds.

The Maksutov-Cassegrain design folds the light path with a primary and secondary mirror behind a sealed meniscus corrector lens, delivering a long effective focal length in a fraction of the physical tube length. The result is a compact, go-anywhere telescope that excels at high-magnification planetary and lunar observation. The f/15 focal ratio produces the highest inherent contrast of any FirstLight telescope — ideal for splitting fine detail on Jupiter's cloud bands, Saturn's ring divisions, and lunar crater walls.

The sealed optical tube requires no collimation and stays clean — no open tube to collect dust or dew. Fully multi-coated optics maximize light transmission. Ships with a 1.25-inch 90° diagonal, 25mm Plossl eyepiece (76x), red-dot finder, and smartphone camera adapter.
