101mm - 200mm Aperture

This collection covers larger-aperture telescopes from 101mm to 200mm, the step up from a small starter scope. More aperture means greater light grasp, so faint deep-sky objects look brighter and planetary detail resolves more finely.

The mix spans Explore Scientific and National Geographic refractors and Newtonian reflectors, from AR doublet and ED triplet refractors to carbon-fiber reflectors. Shopping for an 8-inch? Our 8-inch Dobsonians have 208mm mirrors, so they are in our 201mm to 300mm collection.
