PARD Ocelot 256 19mm Thermal Riflescope

The PARD Ocelot 256 is a compact thermal riflescope for close and middle distances: a 256 × 192 sensor rated at ≤25 mK behind a 19 mm lens at 3.2x, in a 180 mm body that weighs 420 g with its battery. PARD rates detection at 900 m, and the 1024 × 768 OLED carries five reticle styles in four colors.

Key Features

• 256 × 192 at ≤25 mK. An uncooled vanadium oxide (VOx) detector with 12 μm pixels and a 50 Hz frame rate, processed by the PARD IREA engine, an image enhancement algorithm that corrects distortion and raises contrast to bring out detail.
• 3.2x to 25.6x. The 19 mm lens shows a 9.2° × 6.9° field and focuses from 3 m to infinity. The 3.2x base magnification is optical; the 2x, 4x, 6x and 8x digital zoom steps enlarge the pixels at the center of the image, which makes the subject look bigger without adding detail. Eye relief is 30 mm and the diopter runs from -5 to +5.
• Reticles and display modes. Five reticle styles in red, white, yellow or green, five image modes (WT-HOT, BK-HOT, IN-HOT, RD-HOT and SKY), three scene modes and picture-in-picture.
• Recording and Wi-Fi. Photos and video at 1024 × 768, with a microphone and loop recording, save to 32 GB of built-in storage, and Wi-Fi connects to the PardVision2 app. A gyroscope and an electronic compass are built in.
• Small and sealed. An aluminum alloy housing, 180 × 65 × 40 mm, sealed to IP67 and rated for -30 °C to +55 °C (-22 °F to +131 °F). One 18650 battery runs it for up to 5 hours, with external power over USB-C.
