Guide TU635L 3.0 Thermal Riflescope with LRF

The Guide TU635L 3.0 pairs a 640 × 512 thermal sensor with a 35mm F1.0 wide-angle lens for a broader field of view and faster target acquisition than 50mm models — built for hunters who work at close to medium range in brush, timber, or tight terrain. With a 1,500-meter laser rangefinder, ballistic calculator, shutterless 3.0 calibration, and 128 GB of storage, the TU635L puts 640-class thermal performance in a compact, field-ready package.

Key Features

• 640 × 512 thermal sensor, 12 μm pixel pitch — over 327,000 thermal pixels with ≤18 mK NETD produce sharp, detailed imagery in complete darkness and through smoke, with a thermal detection range of 1,800 meters.

• 35mm F1.0 wide-angle objective lens — delivers a wider field of view (11.8° × 7.1°) than 50mm models, giving you more situational awareness when scanning for targets in dense cover or tracking movement at close range. The faster scene scanning compensates for the shorter detection range with quicker target acquisition.

• Shutterless 3.0 calibration — eliminates the brief image freeze that conventional thermal scopes produce during recalibration. The display stays live at 50 Hz without interruption, so you never lose sight of a moving target during a critical moment.

• 1,500 m laser rangefinder with ballistic calculator — range targets instantly and get holdover corrections calculated on-screen. Ballistic profiles are loaded via the TargetIR smartphone app and can be switched on-device once configured, with no phone connection required in the field.

• 1920 × 1080 AMOLED display — a crisp, high-contrast eyepiece display that renders thermal imagery with clean detail across the full 2.8x–22.4x magnification range.

• Recoil-activated recording — each shot automatically captures a 15-second video clip and 5 still photos, stored on 128 GB of internal memory. Instant playback lets you review shots without lowering the rifle.

• Two-battery power — a built-in 18500 rechargeable cell works with a replaceable external 18650, and together they run the scope for over 6 hours at 25 °C (77 °F), according to Guide's manual. Standard 18650 cells are easy to find.

• IP68 / 6,000J shock rating — fully sealed against dust and submersion, and rated for recoil up to .300 Win Mag. Built to perform in extreme cold (−4°F) through desert heat (122°F).

Ideal For

Predator and hog hunters working in brush, timber, or agricultural settings where targets appear at close to medium range — the wider 35mm field of view lets you scan more ground and pick up movement faster than a 50mm scope.

Hunters who prioritize situational awareness over maximum detection range. At its 2.8x base magnification, the TU635L shows an 11.8° horizontal field, about 44% wider than the 8.2° of the 50mm TU650L at its 3.9x base, which makes it easier to track running game or scan treelines.

Budget-conscious hunters who want 640-class resolution with LRF — the TU635L delivers the same 640 × 512 sensor and rangefinder as the TU650L at a lower price, trading maximum detection range for a wider field of view.

AR-platform and lightweight rifle hunters who want a compact, capable thermal scope with integrated ballistics at 785 grams, light enough for extended carries without sacrificing core functionality.
