Alpen Chisos 10x42 ED LRF Binoculars (Pre-Order)

The Alpen Chisos 10x42 LRF puts ED glass and a 3,000-yard laser rangefinder in one IPX7-rated package: identify and range without switching optics.

BaK-4 prisms and multi-coated ED lenses deliver bright, high-contrast images through twilight, while the integrated LRF locks deer-sized targets to 1,200 yards with angle compensation on every reading.

Key Features

• 3,000-Yard Laser Rangefinder — range large structures such as buildings to 3,000 yards and deer-sized targets to 1,200 yards with both line-of-sight (LOS) and angle-compensated (HCD) modes.
• ED Glass with BaK-4 Roof Prisms — extra-low dispersion glass minimizes chromatic aberration for sharp, color-true images from first light through dusk.
• Red OLED Display with 8 Brightness Levels — rangefinder data projected directly in your field of view, with automatic ambient adaptation so the reticle stays visible without washing out.
• Angle Compensation (HCD) — built-in inclinometer gives true horizontal distance on slopes, from tree stands or in mountain terrain.
• IPX7 Waterproof & Nitrogen Fogproof — submersible to 1 meter for 30 minutes and nitrogen-purged to stay clear inside when temperatures swing.
• Aluminum Housing with Rubber Armor — durable frame at 890 g (31.4 oz) that absorbs impacts without adding bulk.
• 17 mm Eye Relief with Twist-Up Eyecups — comfortable extended viewing for eyeglass wearers, with ±5 diopter adjustment for precise left-right tuning.
• Tripod Mountable — 1/4" threaded socket for glassing from a blind or stable position at distance.

Ideal For

• Hunters who glass and range in one motion: ED glass to identify at distance, then a range reading without switching optics.
• Western and mountain hunters who want a rangefinder and ED glass in one binocular: 3,000-yard ranging with angle compensation.
• Tree stand and blind hunters: angle compensation from elevated positions gives the true horizontal distance, not the longer line-of-sight number.
• All-weather hunters who don't baby their gear: IPX7 submersible and nitrogen fogproof handles rain, snow, and pre-dawn humidity.
