Athlon Optics Cronus ATS Pro 35-400 Thermal Scope

The Athlon Optics Cronus ATS Pro 35-400 delivers the full Pro-grade thermal experience (≤25mK sensor sensitivity, 1440 x 1080 OLED display, ballistic calculator, and auto-shot recording) without the integrated laser rangefinder, making it the most direct path to top-tier thermal imaging for hunters who already carry a standalone rangefinder or simply don't need one built into the scope. Every core capability that defines the ATS Pro line is here: the same sensor, the same display, and the same feature set as the LRF-equipped 35L-400, at a lower weight and price point.

Key Features

• ≤25mK NETD Thermal Sensor – The 400 x 300 resolution sensor with 12μm pixel pitch delivers clear separation between targets and backgrounds, even in challenging conditions where temperature differentials are minimal, critical for picking out bedded animals or targets partially concealed by vegetation.

• 1440 x 1080 OLED Display at 50Hz – The 0.49" OLED display with 1440 x 1080 resolution produces a sharper sight picture than the 1024 x 768 display on the Picatinny-mount 25P and 35P. The 50Hz refresh rate keeps fast-moving targets smooth and fluid, eliminating the stutter that makes shot timing difficult with slower displays.

• 35mm F1.0 Lens with 7.8° x 5.9° FOV – The fast F1.0 lens maximizes infrared energy reaching the sensor, while the 7.8° x 5.9° field of view provides solid scanning coverage for tracking targets across open terrain or working tree lines.

• 3.3x–13.2x Zoom Range – Start at 3.3x base magnification for wide-area scanning, then push to 13.2x for positive identification at distance.

• Ballistic Calculator with Auto Holdover – Build your rifle and bullet profiles in the Athlon Ballistics app and set holdover points for up to four distances (taken from your standalone rangefinder or the built-in stadiametric ranging), and the holdover points appear directly on the reticle, with no mental math and no dialing turrets.

• Stadiametric Ranging – The built-in reticle-based ranging system lets you estimate target distance without any external device, providing a self-contained ranging solution when a dedicated rangefinder isn't available.

• 10 Reticles + One-Shot Zero + 10 Zeroing Profiles – 5 MOA and 5 MIL reticle patterns in 6 colors. One-Shot Zero for fast sight-in. Save up to 10 profiles (A to J) for different rifles, loads, or distances.

• 7 Color Palettes – White Hot, Black Hot, Red Hot, Green Hot, Iron Red, Blue Hot, and Sepia.

• Auto-Shot Recording + 128GB Storage – Recoil-activated recording captures before and after every shot automatically. 128GB built-in: no cards to manage.

• 10+ Hour Battery + WiFi/Bluetooth/HDMI – Dual-power system (1 built-in + 2 external batteries), USB-C backup, eco and standby modes. Stream live to the Athlon Thermal app or output via Micro HDMI.

• IP67 Weatherproof, -22°F to 122°F (external power below -4°F) – Fully sealed, fog-proof and shockproof.

Who It's For

• Hunters who already carry a standalone rangefinder and don't want to pay for a second one built into the scope. The ATS Pro 35-400 gives you the identical sensor, display, and ballistic calculator as the LRF-equipped 35L-400 at a lighter weight (37.4 oz vs 41.3 oz) and lower price.

• Night predator and varmint hunters who prioritize thermal image quality and ballistic capability over integrated ranging. The ≤25mK sensor and 50Hz display deliver the same razor-sharp thermal picture as the rest of the Pro line.

• Multi-rifle hunters who switch between platforms. Ten zeroing profiles with One-Shot Zero let you move the scope between rifles or swap loads without re-zeroing from scratch every time.

• Hunters and tactical operators in extreme environments who need gear that won't fail. IP67 waterproofing, cold tolerance to -22°F (on external power below -4°F) and 10+ hours of battery life.
