A 4.5-27x50 HD precision riflescope with the APRS4 MIL reticle, precision zero stop, exposed tactical turrets, and side focus parallax — built for long-range shooting and precision hunting where you need versatile magnification, reliable turret tracking, and a MIL-based holdover system you can read quickly under pressure. The 6:1 magnification ratio takes you from 4.5x for close-range awareness all the way to 27x for precise shot placement at extended distances, while the 50mm objective and HD glass gather enough light to keep the image bright and sharp even in marginal conditions.
The APRS4 reticle features 0.2 mil hash mark increments from center to 6 mils in all directions with a 0.1 mil floating center dot for precise target engagement. The illuminated 2 mil span center cross with 0.2 mil hash marks provides excellent low-light visibility, while the fine center dot draws your eye right to the aiming point with minimal view obstruction. Beyond 6 mils, hash marks continue to 8 mils for extended-range holds and wind corrections. Subtensions are valid at 15x.
Key Features
- HD Glass with Advanced Fully Multi-Coated Lenses — Low-dispersion HD elements reduce chromatic aberration, while the AFMC coating maximizes light transmission for bright, true-color images. XPL protective coating on exterior lenses guards against dirt, oil, and scratches.
- Precision Zero Stop — Dial up for your shot, then return to zero with a positive mechanical stop. No counting clicks, no guessing — the turret stops exactly where you set it, every time.
- Exposed Tactical Turrets with 10 MIL Per Revolution — Stainless steel turret components deliver crisp, audible 0.1 MIL clicks. 25 MIL total elevation and windage adjustment provides ample travel for long-range dialing.
- APRS4 Illuminated Reticle (SFP, MIL) — 0.2 mil hash marks to 6 mils with a 0.1 mil floating center dot and illuminated 2 mil center cross. Hash marks extend to 8 mils in all directions for holdover, wind correction, and distance ranging. Subtensions valid at 15x.
- Side Focus Parallax (30 yds - ∞) — Eliminate parallax error at any distance without taking your eyes off the target. Fine focus keeps the image sharp at high magnification.
- Argon Purged, One-Piece Hammer-Forged Tube — Premium gas purging for fog-proof performance and a forged aircraft-grade aluminum tube for structural integrity under heavy recoil.
Ideal For
- Long-range precision shooters who work in MIL and want HD glass, a zero stop, and exposed turrets at a price point that undercuts premium competitors — the Midas BTR Gen2 tracks reliably and the 10 MIL per revolution keeps turret math clean.
- Hunters who need a scope that covers everything from brush to open country — 4.5x on the low end is fast enough for timber shots, and 27x resolves targets across big western landscapes.
- PRS and NRL competitors looking for a capable MIL-based optic to learn the game — the APRS4 reticle's clean mil grid with the fine floating center dot gives you holdover and wind references you can read quickly under time pressure.
