Guide Orion O635CS 2-in-1 Thermal Clip-On & Monocular

The Guide Orion O635CS delivers true 640 × 512 thermal resolution at 12 μm pixel pitch with 15 mK NETD in a 285-gram chassis that detaches as a handheld monocular. Guide’s field test puts it beside its sibling, the Orion O435CS.

Key Features

• 640 × 512 @ 12 μm sensor with 15 mK NETD — full 640-class resolution, for cleaner hot-target edges at long range
• 35 mm F0.9 lens — fast aperture for low-radiation scenes; 12.5° × 9.4° field of view (22 × 17 m at 100 m), wider than a 50 mm lens gives on the same 640 sensor, for faster target acquisition during scan
• 0.49" 1920 × 1080 AMOLED display — a full-HD eyepiece display for the 640 × 512 image; deep blacks help separate warm targets from ambient terrain
• Seven image palettes — White Hot, Black Hot, Red Hot, Green Hot, Iron Red, Blue Hot, Sepia
• 2-in-1, clip-on or handheld — slide ahead of your day scope or detach and scan with screen zoom; no separate eyepiece adapter, no second device to carry
• 6000J recoil rating — Guide's published shock and recoil spec
• Replaceable 18500 batteries (×2 included) — a replaceable battery rather than a sealed cell; two batteries cover a full night's hunt with no USB charging downtime
• IP67 weatherproof — rated for rain, dew and dust
• Hyper-Light 2.0 image processing — Guide's contrast and detection algorithm tightens warm-body edges against thermally messy backgrounds (rocky ground, leaf litter, dewpoint fog)
• 285 g / 10.05 oz — Guide's published weight

Ideal For

• Serious predator hunters at the 200–400+ yard range where 640-class detail matters more than a 50 mm objective
• Hunters running precision rifle in bolt or AR platform with quality day glass who want to extend hunting hours without abandoning their daytime zero. Guide rates it at 6000J of shock, and the clip-on form factor leaves the host scope’s zero alone
• Stand hunters and scanners who want a single tool that mounts when they're ready to shoot and detaches when they're scanning, with no second monocular in the pack
• Buyers who want to bypass the smart-feature tax — the O635CS leaves out WiFi, an app and onboard recording

Accessories & Compatibility

• Threaded for adapter mounts — the Rusan MAR quick-release bell-mount (with Rusan's M33.5 connector) or a Picatinny rail adapter, available separately; Guide's own adapter rings are optional too
• Pairs with any SFP or FFP daylight rifle scope. For SFP scopes, zero at the magnification you'll hunt at, because host-scope misalignment with a clip-on grows with magnification
• Ships with two 18500 batteries, charger, USB-A to USB-C cable, lint-free cloth, and a soft carry bag
• 5-year manufacturer warranty (10 years on the thermal sensor) backed by Guide's US-based repair center in Texas
